All orders are fulfilled by CreateSpace, a relatively new on-demand printing service of Amazon.com. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery. This is what they promise, but they usually deliver within 7 to 10 days. We fully expect they will shorten delivery times as they refine this service.
