It is certainly not necessary that you use it, since the LifeDesign workbook contains everything you need. We offer it only as an additional aid for those who wish to use it.

You may read it on the site or download to your hard drive and refer to it at your leisure without being on the internet. You may also print a copy for your personal use at no charge.
